General Updates:
This website has a wealth of information about our services, pricing, and repair processes. The guided button click tour is going to go live very soon! Use the menu bar at the top or click here to select a category for the repair you need!
With such, as part of the changes we are doing in the new year, the amount of walk in appointments we will be taking will be very limited.
We have reached a point in our business that we must start building up for expanding into needed services in the future for the benefit of all of our customers!
Ringing in the new year in 2024!!
Our holiday sale was a big hit! Thanks to all those that came in and supported local business!!
So one of the biggest updates we have is that we FINALLY have our expanded price listing for our Cell Phone Repair Page! This page has updated prices that will be relevant until the near end of Q1 in 2024! We also have switched to a TWO TIER type of cell phone repair. More on that below!
Finally, we have decided a few things that we are going to change around in the coming year due to some major projects we have cooking. All those details are below!

Appointment Scheduling reminders:
All non scheduled cell phone repairs will be subject to a $25 convenience fee. This fee will not be charged if the client agrees to wait until we have a free bench slot open, or we have to order a part. This may be in a couple hours, or a couple days depending on our workload/logistics.
Recycling does NOT require an appointment, however, if you are recycling more than one device, an approximate time of arrival will help get you in and out of our store faster. If you have a list of devices, we can calculate your recycling fees ahead of your arrival also.
Computer repairs are under their own classifications and have their own repair speeds. Where as we typically don’t have an appointment requirement, we are quickly approaching that point due to our workloads being bigger than ever. We are managing the best we can to get our clients the help they need!
If you have a time sensitive repair, we have our Critical Repair Services that jumps you to the front of the line, and gives your a repair a priority over all other jobs we have waiting! More info on the Computer Repair Services page!
Bad News:
We have looked at our retail stock sales in the 2 year period since Covid restrictions. We have found that these numbers are not quite up to snuff where they should be. It has been decided that we will start the liquidation process of our aging in stock inventory.
We will still carry essential things like cables, thermal paste, and USB adapters / drives that sell frequently, however we will no longer carry things like game accessories for retro and modern game consoles. Be sure to keep an eye out for these liquidation lots on our eBay store!
In 2024, with the upcoming changes to how we schedule appointments and the ever changing online business standards, we will eventually move to a completely automated scheduling and payment system. Part of this means that we will limit how much we answer the phones due to simply being more focused on the online system, as we look to expand beyond our local area.
We have our website here for people to do their own research. In the past we have been fairly forgiving about people not looking up our information on their own. However, we simply do not have the time or resources to put a technician on the phone all day long to offer free repair guidance. Look through this website, then call to schedule an appointment. Please. It will be much easier on all parties involved! Thank you!
Good News:
As mentioned above, our Cell Phone repair page got a make over. We will soon have a Tablet repair page, as well as other pages dedicated to less common cell phone models. We also introduced a Tier pricing system. This gives people the opportunity to fix their phones at a lower cost, because we know everyone is hurting right now financially.
Another good thing about this is that virtually all “color variant” fees have been removed, save for the Galaxy S9 series. This is because Samsung contracts out the manufacture of those older models and they do charge a bit more. Otherwise, there are a full selection of prices and models, with a little bit easier to read page for desktop and mobile devices! Find out more at AugyTek’s cell phone repair page!
As we mentioned in the previous section we will be looking to liquidate most of our in stock inventory. This is also a good thing as you can find great deals on bulk purchases if that is what you wish to do! Due to logistics, these lots will only be available for purchase via our eBay store, but local pickup will be an option.
Annual custom build sale for 2024 is confirmed! It usually coincides with Tax return Season, and runs from the middle of February to the end of April!! We will be sure to post it on our street sign and on this website when it happens!
Finally, loaner laptops! This has been a question for YEARS by some of our clients, and we finally got the green light from our insurance company. So at some point, hopefully in 2024, we will have the ability to loan out laptops while we work on the client’s!
Final thoughts from AugyTek
We have lots of things coming in the near future, and we look forward to sharing them all with you! Included in this, MIGHT, and we mean MIGHT… be TV repair. We’ve listened to the THOUSANDS of phone calls we received in both 2022 and 2023. We have never worked on TV’s, and don’t even know if it’s now a viable repair service, but we figured we could at least do our calling patrons the service of looking into the possibility.
